Wineries, Breweries, and Distilleries

EXPLORE THE LOCAL FLAVORS OF HOCKING HILLS

The Hocking Hills region is offering an ever increasing selection of wineries, breweries, and distilleries for those wanting to taste the richness of the area. Visitors can pair tastings and tours with their Hocking Hills adventuring.

In the heart of Hocking Hills, find Le Petit Chevalier Vineyards and Farm Winery, which is located convenient to each of Blooming Cabin’s properties. The setting is picturesque and almost transports visitors to provincial French countryside with its rolling pastures, making it an essential stop for wine lovers.

Hocking Hills Winery (picture below) is another choice option if you find yourself in Logan, OH. Serving a wide range of wines, including competition winners, Hocking Hills Winery also recently opened up a restaurant, 58 West, where you can sip their hand-crafted wines (or beers from the Hocking Hills Brewing Company and spirits from Motherwell Distillery), all while enjoying a well prepared meal.

Brewery33 is easy to spot when driving in to Hocking Hills using Highway 33 with its large water tower sitting outside. The brewers serve up a creative bunch of ales, shandies, IPAs, porters, lagers, and even occasionally dip their toes in wine, ciders, and seltzers. The menu is ever evolving, even new offerings almost weekly.

For visitors wanting something with a little more punch, Hocking Hills Moonshine has your back. They create small batches by hand and are happy to share their secrets via a tour of their distillery.

Up in Rockbridge, you can find the recently opened Revolution Rockbridge Wine Co. As of this writing, they are still ramping up their business and, as a result, as that you call ahead if you have a larger group (8 or more) so that they can best be ready to help serve you.

Lastly, if you want to cover a lot of ground and sample a little of everything, you may want to consider Cork & Tap Excursions. They provide a driver and offer both pre-prepared or custom excursions to all over the Hocking Hills region so you can indulge without fear of the winding, hilly terrain getting the better of you!
